Crush your goals with 1-on-1 or semi private coaching. Workout in the comfort of your own home, or fitness area of choice. Get an intense fitness session with me by your side, virtually, or an individualized plan for you to do on your own. In person sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long and virtual options are 30 to 60 minutes.

 

Customized in-person programming includes:

  • Initial phone consult

  • 60, 45 or 30 minute options

  • Frequent goal check-ins

  • 1-on-1 attention or workout with a friend!
