About

I’ve always been a mover. I began my performance journey as a professional dancer, earning my BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University in 2014. I danced professionally with Ballet Concerto in Fort Worth, Texas, and later spent many years in Chicago working with contemporary dance companies and theater groups.

After retiring from dance, I transitioned into the fitness world and began working as a personal trainer. As my career evolved, I felt drawn to a deeper understanding of performance beyond the physical. That curiosity led me to the field of sport and performance psychology and the impact of mental performance training. In 2021, I earned my Master’s degree in Sport & Performance Psychology.

I believe mental performance is just as important as physical preparation. Many of the tools used in mental performance coaching are skills I wish I had access to earlier in my own performance career, particularly as a young dancer navigating pressure, expectations, and self-doubt.

Now, as a mental performance coach, I work with athletes and performing artists to develop the mental skills that support confidence, focus, and consistency under pressure. As a former dancer, I understand the unique demands of performance environments and the importance of building trust in both mind and body. I value creating strong, supportive relationships with my clients and helping them feel prepared, grounded, and confident when it matters most.
