Hi, I’m Maggie

I am personal trainer and mental performance coach. I work with fitness clients of all ages and abilities and specialize in body recomposition, pre/post natal fitness, conditioning and strength training. 

As a mental performance coach, I work with athletes, performing artists and other individuals in a performance environment, focusing on the psychological aspects of their work.
