Cancellation Policy

Single purchased sessions must be used within 30 days. Packages must be used between 90-120 days depending on the size of the package. Clients can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled session and reschedule up to 12 hours before the session. For cancelations after the 24 hour period client will have to pay for the cost of the session. All sessions must be paid for at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
